Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including [examples, e.g., gift cards, clearance items, or customized items], are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  • Step 1: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will respond with return instructions and provide a return authorization if the item meets our criteria.

  • Step 2: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable replacement to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Step 3: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in your return authorization email. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (e.g., items with minor damage not caused by AcrylDrift).

Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day period as returns. To process an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition.

  • Exchange Process: Please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order if your preferred item is in stock.

  • Shipping for Exchanges: You are responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error or defect. AcrylDrift will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
