Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or customer-caused damage may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us at acryldrift.com/contact with your order number, the item details, and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable replacement to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by AcrylDrift.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same 30-day eligibility and condition requirements. Contact us with your order number and requested item. Exchanges depend on current availability. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect; AcrylDrift will cover shipment of the approved replacement.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
